Prague, 15 December 2005 - In January, T-Mobile will introduce a new postpaid product in the area of roaming tariffs, a tariff add-on called Cestovatel (Traveler), which may be activated with Happy Roaming. It is the best offer of roaming calls in the Czech Republic and will enable Czech T-Mobile customers to make calls at the price of only CZK 4 per minute plus a set-up fee in the T-Mobile networks around the world. Incoming calls of any length will be charged at only the price of the set-up fee. Other rates and prices of calls made outside the T-Mobile networks will be charged according to Happy Roaming rates. This offer applies to nine countries where Czech customers realize nearly 70 per cent of roaming calls.

"With this tariff add-on, customers no longer need to worry about high prices of roaming calls, as the calls are charged at transparent prices comparable to the prices for calls within the Czech Republic," comments Roland Mahler, Managing Director of T-Mobile, adding: "It is a logical step in our offer which reflects both the advantages of being a member of an international group and our effort to bring simple and inspiring services to our customers."

How much and where
Cestovatel must be activated with Happy Roaming. Upon paying the activation fee of CZK 29, customers can significantly reduce their roaming charges when using a mobile phone in the countries where T-Mobile operates its networks (i.e., Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Great Britain, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Croatia and the USA). In these states, customers use roaming most frequently - almost 70 per cent of roaming calls in 2004 were realized right here.

When calling home from the above countries, customers will thus pay a set-up fee in the amount of CZK 29 (34.51 incl. VAT) and then only CZK 4 (4.76 incl. VAT) per minute.

A ten-minute call will only cost CZK 69 (82.11 incl. VAT). For example, when calling home from the T-Mobile Germany network, it represents savings of at least 57% on this type of call. The minutes' price of this type of call is usually charged at CZK 16,08 (19,14 incl. VAT) by Czech operators, and only off peak.

When calling home from the T-Mobile USA network, the new tariff add-on represents savings of at least 77% on this type of call. A call from the USA is usually charged at CZK 30 or more per minute, so a similar call would cost at least CZK 300.

With the Cestovatel add-on, incoming calls of any length*  in the T-Mobile networks are charged only at the price of the set-up fee in the amount of CZK 29 (34.51 incl. VAT).

Other prices (SMS, MMS, calls from other than T-Mobile networks) are charged according to the Happy Roaming zone-based rates.

Activation
This add-on may only be activated with an Happy Roaming tariff (including its Happy Holiday Roaming version). It applies to all contract customers.

Customers can activate this add-on by calling the Customer Centre (4603 or 603 603 603), on the website under My T-Mobile, via WAP or SMS. In T-Mobile Shops, this add-on may only be activated when activating a SIM card or switching from Twist to a tariff.

In a destination country, a handset mostly logs automatically on T-Mobile network. Nevertheless we recommend to check the settings and if necessary, to select the proper network manually.
