RadioMobil Launches a New Service â?" Paegas Reception

Prague, 12 November 2001 â?" From today, RadioMobil customers can use a new service called Paegas Reception. Paegas Reception is an automated voice information system that lets users establish and manage their own virtual reception and customer infoline.

â?žWe want all of our customers to be always among the first ones to enjoy the opportunities which mobile communications offer. We have developed this new service especially for small and medium-sized businesses. They will certainly welcome the possibility of operating their own professional reception or customer infoline, without having to recruit new employees. Paegas Reception will save the customerâ??s money and can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,â?ť said Robert Chvátal, RadioMobilâ??s Marketing Director and Member of the Board.

Paegas Reception is based on a technology called IVR hosting (Interactive Voice Response), which gives customers the possibility to create their own automated voice information system. With this system, they can operate a universal voice mailbox and their own virtual reception (telephone exchange), as well as their own customer infoline.

The voice information system is part of the ClickBox voice mailbox and lets the caller choose how the call is going to proceed. After getting through to the mailbox, the caller will be offered several options. Using tone dialling, the caller can have a voice file replayed, be connected to a predefined phone number, or leave a message in the mailbox.

The whole system can be activated and administered via the internet at www.click.cz or by phone on 3322. A precondition for using Paegas Reception is an activated ClickBox. The customer will thus pay just the activation fee for using ClickBox, which is CZK 90, and a monthly fee of CZK 90. The actual operation of Paegas Reception is free of charge.

The service is designed for all who need a professional contact with their customers and other business partners. It is therefore suitable for individuals, as well as small and medium-sized businesses. It will also find use with larger companies working in an environment that is unsuitable for operating a standard reception (construction companies, schools, etc.).
