Prague, 24 September 2019 - Tomáš Ryšavý (1973) becomes the new Director of Customer Experience and Transformation Division of T-Mobile CZ and Slovak Telekom from October 1, 2019, replacing Peter Škodný, who leaves the company by mutual agreement at the end of this year. The division is in charge of a broad portfolio of core activities: product management for all customer segments, backoffice, advanced analytics, ICT and digital channels.

Tomáš Ryšavý has been loyal to “Magenta” since 2002. He started out as a head of after-sales services and then went through various management positions in the areas of procurement, logistics, customer care, sales channel management, he was product and segment director for the residential market. Since 2016, he has been a member of the top management of the company, first as Director of Strategy and Transformation.
Tomáš Ryšavý is a native of Pardubice, married, a proud father of three sons, he devotes his free time to family and sports, especially running, rowing, cycling and skiing.
