The best application honoured by Deutsche Telekom partnership in six EU member countries Grant up to € 80.000 from the Krakow hub:raum for the best start-up programme

Prague, April 28,2014 – Deutsche Telekom, represented by the T-Mobile company in the Czech Republic, carries on with its innovation activities development. The global Telekom Innovation Contest initiative, actually under way, is now being followed by the Business Wall of Fame Contest to support cloud applications for small and middle-sized companies (SMC) in the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and the Slovak Republic. The contest aims at independent software developers and start-up entrepreneurs wanting to promote their applications and make them available to the wider public. Cloud ideas can be entered from all branches which could ease the life and business for small and middle-sized companies.
The new contest can be entered by any independent developer from individuals to small start-ups – a bare recording of the idea or project to the www.galerieaplikaci.cz portal fulfils the purpose of the competition. The participants can qualify for the final round of the competition under the sole and only condition, that their idea adresses small and middle-size companies. The best applications entered in respective countries will result of voting of wide companies spectrum, which would evaluate the ideas and their contribution to the business. The national winners, the best international application and the best start-up project will be subsequently established by the expert jury. The winner in the Czech Republic can become a T-Mobile national partner and win a marketing campaign worth 1 million Czech Crowns.
The winning international application can become a Telekom Cloud Partner in all six competing countries. An investment grant worth up to € 80.000 provided by the Deutsche Telekom through hub:raum Krakow waves at the Best start-up entrepreneur category winner. Any independent developer can apply for the competition from individuals to the small start-up businessmen. Even a simple voting participation pays-off. The registered companies participating in the entered ideas and applications evaluation can win a marketing campaing within the T-Mobile business channels worth 50.000 Czech Crowns.

The best national application
The winner carries off a marketing campaign worth 1.000.000 Czech Crowns and application integration into T-Mobile services offering in the Czech Republic.
The best international application
The winning application, which arises from the international voting, will be incorporated into the Deutsche Telekom offering reaching up to 1.3 million of small and middle-sized companies. Other applications can qualify from local competition rounds. The winner will be given an opportunity to visit the Deutsche Telekom research innovation workshop (T-Lab) in Berlin.
The best start-up entrepreneur
This category is worth the total sum of € 80.000 sponsored by the hub:raum Krakow. It embraces the invitation to the special action „The Long Night of Start-Ups“ of Deutsche Telekom T-Lab, a main event in the area of new start-up projects with the own presentation space at the congress stand in Berlin..
