The Company was also very successful in terms of value added services and, particularly, data services, with the percentage of data revenues reaching 20.5 percent. According to the EMC agency, the Czech T?Mobile is the second most successful European operator in this respect. Last year, the Company's net profit grew significantly as well, particularly thanks to international synergies within the T-Mobile Group.
â?œThe Tariff Epidemic campaign - particularly the Student tariff - also significantly contributed to our success last year. The excellent data results, where the Czech T-Mobile sets an example for its sister companies worldwide, also play an important role,â? says Roland Mahler.
This year, T-Mobile is also coming up with a new concept of its brand which should stand particularly for reliability, simplicity and inspiration in all respects. "An operator that offers its services to more than 60 million clients worldwide must be reliable. The numbers prove that our clients in the Czech Republic trust us," explains Jiří Dvorjančanský, Executive Vice President Marketing of the Company. â?œDespite the constant technological development, we must offer easy-to-use services from which customers will be able to benefit. Today, people are constantly flooded with abbreviations, information on technological solutions, new services, as well as phones which are packed with features but which are also getting more and more complicated. But when we get to the core of the matter, we realize that people simply want to communicate. It doesn't matter whether they make a call, send an SMS or MMS, it just needs to be simple. That's why simplicity is most important to us. We are also convinced that our services must bring people something more. That's why we emphasize inspiration - for example, in our services such as the Caller Tunes," adds Jiří Dvorjančanský. All of the main attributes of the T-Mobile brand are also contained in the new claim: For a better world for you.
