T-MOBILE TO OFFER NEW BENEFITS WITHIN THE NAŠIM PRO RADOST PROGRAM

Našim – a new, free, handy application
New benefits will be offered within the Našim pro radost customer benefit program
The benefit of free internet access on Tuesdays will be discontinued; regular users will receive a discount 

Prague, 13 June 2014 – T-Mobile has prepared a new and very handy application for all of its customers who use smartphones and tablets. Called simply Našim (“For Our Customers”), the application intended for the Našim pro radost (“Treat for Our Customers”) customer benefit program is now available for devices using the Android and iOS operating systems at both application stores and can be downloaded free of charge. Moreover, it does not require any data under customers’ data allowances. Customers can also look forward to a new offer of discounts. 

“Applications are a current trend. We believe that together with increased availability and speed of mobile internet, they can help make the lives of users easier and more enjoyable. We have so far had no such application available under our benefit program and we have therefore tried to redress the situation as quickly as possible. Additionally, the offer of the benefits under the Našim pro radost benefit program changes fairly often and an easy-to-understand application will facilitate navigation through the offer,” says Dana Tomášková, Vice President Resident Marketing at T-Mobile. 

This step is a continuation of the operator’s strategy to offer attractive and handy applications for its customers, sometimes also with an exclusive discount. In connection with this change in the focus of the benefits, the operator will discontinue the Tuesday offer of free mobile internet access. However, regular users of this benefit do not need to despair – beginning next week, the will receive a special 50% discount on the one-day bundle until the end of August 2014. They can thus get online any day of the week for just CZK 12 per day. Customers to whom this change applies will be given sufficient prior notice. 

Application

The new Našim application now runs on handsets using the Android or the iOS operating systems (a version for the Windows Phone operating system will follow soon) and allows customers to use the individual benefits faster and more conveniently. Customers will see a clearly arranged current offer of benefits, including their periods of validity. They will also be able to set the possibility of receiving notifications that their popular benefits will expire soon directly in the calendar on their handsets. 

Users will surely appreciate how much simpler it is to order a discount code which is then conveniently saved directly in the main menu under the Received Codes file. Similarly as the My T-Mobile self-service application, the Našim application and the link to www.nasimproradost,cz does not use any data from the customers’ data allowance under their tariff plan or bundle. Customers only start using data after they click on the website of the providers of the discounts, which are stated in the details of the particular offers. 

More discounts 

The operator monitors the usage rate of the individual benefits as well as customers’ preferences. In response to demand, it regularly adjusts the offer to make the range of benefits not only attractive but, above all, relevant. The portal at Našimproradost.cz thus again offers many new benefits. For example, customers can now use a 23% discount on top-quality SONY electronic devices, a 50% discount on selected best-selling audio-books at Audiolibrix.cz, including the very popular 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared. In addition, the offer contains high-quality wines from Wine4you with a 15% discount for T-Mobile customers. To accompany the wine, customers can purchase Italian delicacies from Italia in cucina, which are available at a 15% discount. 

Customers who like high-quality clothing and accessories also have something to choose from – the benefits include a 20% discount on Bench products (provided that customers purchase items for a total price exceeding CZK 1,000) and a 15% discount on the Track Jack and Dinky Di product lines by Crumpler. The majority of the benefits can be redeemed online in the e-shops of their providers. The benefits are thus easily accessible to all customers throughout the Czech Republic.
