Prague, 13 October 2020 - T-Mobile immediately responds to the call of the Minister of Health Roman Prymula and the Chief Public Health Officer Jarmila Rážová. This afternoon, T-Mobile starts sending an SMS to all his smartphone customers asking them to install the eRouška application.
The distribution should last no later than Thursday and will be received by all T-Mobile customers who own smartphones, which represents almost 4 million SIM cards.
"The situation in the Czech Republic is serious. We greatly appreciate the work of our doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals. We therefore want to help them to be able to connect with both the professional public and their loved ones in the highest possible quality. At the same time, we believe that the eRouška application can help bring a pandemic under control if it is sufficiently expanded," said Juraj Bóna, Executive Director of T-Mobile for the Czech Republic.
eRouška uses the capabilities of a smartphone and records data that help track contacts with people who could be infected with the COVID-19 viral disease. You need to have at least Android 6 or iOS 13.5. operating system on your phone for it to work properly.

For large corporate customers, T-Mobile has prepared a set of tools for the safe work of their employees from home. The operator thus offers a free security audit of the company's LAN network, which reveals threats and risks to network security through monitoring. Internet access to internal applications will also be free.
With T-Mobile, customers can get free secure Internet access from home for a month, thanks to Cisco Umbrella. The operator also offers an audit of the state of the company's IT infrastructure at a discounted price, including a comparison with market standards.

T-Mobile offers a special COVID 2.0 package for all customers from the ranks of sole proprietors and small companies. It offers unlimited calls to its own network to those users who do not have it within their tariff. Just activate it in the My T-Mobile application or in the online self-service.
