T-Mobile offers extra benefits for Twist users

• Free calls, mobile internet or SMS for each top-up
• Rewards for all pre-paid card users regardless of the amount topped up

Prague, 26 July 2012 – T-Mobile has prepared extra benefits for all Twist users in the new Našim za dobití (For Our Customers for Topping Up) program – each user of a pre-paid card for voice services will be able to make calls, browse the web or send SMS free of charge. For those who are just considering buying a pre-paid card, the operator offers a new edition of Twist SIM cards with the rates of CZK 1.90/SMS and CZK 5.90/min. for calls. The offer is valid from 1 August and is not time limited.

“As the number-one operator on the pre-paid card market, we want to please all Twist users over the long term, and we have therefore decided to make every credit top-up favourable for them starting from August,” says Dana Tomášková, Vice President Consumer Marketing at T-Mobile, adding: “The basic services, free calls, mobile internet and SMS will surely be appreciated by all customers, who can choose for themselves what suits them best.”  

Našim za dobití
All users of Twist cards for voice services can sign up for the Našim za dobití program very easily. All they need to do is send one free activation text message to 4603 according to the selected benefit:

• for free calls to the T-Mobile network every day from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., in the form of NASIM VOL
• for mobile internet (FUP 100 MB/4 weeks*), in the form of NASIM INT
• for “send one SMS, get one free” to all networks (every second SMS is free), in the form of NASIM SMS

The benefit is then activated automatically with each top-up, for four weeks when topping up CZK 300 or more and for one week when topping up less than CZK 300. Each customer is always informed of the period of validity of the benefit via a text message. The original choice can of course be changed, e.g. exchanging free calls for mobile internet, by sending an SMS in the appropriate form, via My T-Mobile or by calling the T-Mobile Customer Centre.  

New edition of Twist cards
For those who are about to purchase a pre-paid card, a brand new Twist edition with attractive prices of CZK 1.90/SMS and CZK 5.90/min for calls has been prepared. Customers will be able to choose from two alternatives – a Twist card with free calls or with free mobile internet. On each version, the benefit corresponding to the title of the respective edition is pre-set automatically for three months, i.e. there is no need to send an activation SMS. There is also no need to top up for the first three months in order to receive the benefit.

After the expiry of three months, customers will retain the benefit set-up within the Našim za dobití program, for which they will be signed up automatically. To activate the benefit, all they need to do is top up their credit. Here, too, the original choice can be changed (with both card types), e.g. when having the Twist card with free mobile internet, it is possible to switch to calls (or SMS).

The package also includes a very handy users’ manual in which Veronika, a familiar face from, among other things, T-Mobile websites, guides customers through all the benefits of a pre-paid card and assists them with the set-up.
