T-MOBILE OFFERS BEST NETWORK IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

Best in Test” seal awarded for excelent result 908 points out of 1000 by P3 communications

According to the latest prestigious network testing by P3 communications GmbH held in October 2017, T-Mobile Czech achieved the best results in the overall test. The operator scored the most points and was awarded with Best-in-Test seal. The three main Czech networks were part of the test with TMCZ scoring excellent 908 points, followed by other operators with 882 and 865 points in final results. In the last P3 benchmark executed in May 2017, the winning operator scored only 885 of 1000. TMCZ won in all voice categories, far ahead of competitors, and proved the high quality of the data network as well, achieving strong position in all monitored geographical categories (cities, towns and roads).

The quality of network, its capacity, stability and safety belongs to T-Mobile´s main focuses. The operator´s customers can exploit in LTE-A, innovative services as VoLTE or VoWifi, and T-Mobile is involved in testing and development 5G features. This year the operator was the first to introduce fix internet via LTE and launched first 10Gbps microwave hop in CZ. 

In Voice service, T-Mobile is far ahead of competitors with 352 points out of 400. The results proved that T-Mobile provides:

• highest service reliability
• good speech quality
• shortest Call Setup Time in all categories cities, towns and roads.

The measurements in data services prove all the operators offer very high quality of services. T-Mobile reached 556 points out of 600. The results show that T-Mobile achieves

• overall high data throughput rates in download and upload in all area categories
• very good browsing/YouTube experience.

Test methodic

The recent test realized in the Czech Republic included measurements in cities, towns and selected connecting roads. The detailed test includes measurements and evaluation of many parameters like file downloads and uploads, the time required for internet pages loading, YouTube videos loading and streaming.
