Prague, 27 December 2002 â?" As of 1 February 2003, the prices of selected tariffs in the T-Mobile network will be modified. As of 4 February, the possibility of sending SMS from the web interface will be modified as well: the new T-Mobile SMS gate will make it possible to send SMS to all mobile phone numbers in the Czech Republic and abroad without any limitation of time. The T-Mobile SMS gate will remain available only to the T-Mobile customers registered on the t-zones portal. In the course of February, T-Mobile will offer its customers a new service called Welcome Greetings, which will make the communication with their voice mailbox more pleasant. Customers will also be able to obtain information via SMS about calls missed during the period in which they were not available.
â?śWe have made a number of modifications which better reflect the structure of calls made by our customers, and make the selected tariffs clearer. In particular, in the case of Twist customers, we have tried to unify the prices of calls made to fixed and mobile networks so that individual tariffs could be as easy as possibleâ?ť, says JiĹ?í Hájek, spokesman of RadioMobil.
Twist customers
Partial price modifications of calls will be effective as of 1 February in the case of Twist tariffs. Users of the Twist Extra tariff will make their phone calls within the T-Mobile network for lower prices during the peak and off-peak hours. The unification of prices of calls made to the fixed network and to the networks of the other operators will also bring lower prices of calls made to the fixed network at any time of the day. Users of the Twist Standard tariff will make their phone calls to the fixed network for significantly lower prices during the peak and off-peak hours. At the same time, the prices of calls made to the fixed network and the prices of calls made to the networks of the other mobile operators will be unified. The prices of calls made within the Twist SMS tariff will remain unchanged. The prices of calls made to the Twist NEJ number will be slightly increased in the case of all Twist tariffs.
As of 1 February, all Twist customers will pay for calls made to the voice mailbox. All users of prepaid services will be charged CZK 2 per minute.
The price of sending SMS will be slightly increased in the case of the Twist Standard and the Twist SMS tariffs. In the case of the Twist Extra tariff, the prices of sending SMS to any mobile network will be unified.
The complete price list of individual Twist tariffs can be found on wwwâ?? and in brochures in the T-Mobile Retail Shops.
Contract customers
As of 1 February, all contract customers will be charged CZK 1 per minute for calls made to the voice mailbox. Calls made to MobileBox (3322) will remain free of charge, CZK 1 per minute will be charged for calls to 603 123 322.
The prices of sending SMS will be unified in the case of all tariffs, with the exception of the tariffs with the HIT tariff add-on where the prices will remain unchanged.
Another change will refer to the mode of pricing in the case of the old Paegas tariffs, which are offered no more. After the fist minute of the outgoing call, charging by the second will be applied. Thus, all T-Mobile customers will be able to enjoy the benefits arising from per-second charging.
SMS and e-mails on t-zones
As of 4 February, the change concerning the sending of SMS from the web interface will come into force. As of the above-mentioned date, the new extended T-Mobile SMS gate will be available only to the registered users of the t-zones portal. After logging in on www.t-zones.cz, customers will be able to send SMS to any mobile phone number in the Czech Republic and abroad without any limitation of time. Customers will be charged for the SMS sent from the t-zones portal according to their respective tariffs.
The old mobile e-mail address alias@sms.paegas.cz will be cancelled as of the same date. Customers will get a new mobile e-mail address by registering on www.t-zones.cz and by activating the universal electronic mailbox MobileBox, MobileBox Easy or the MobilePager service.
As of 4 February, Customers will be charged for the forwarding of e-mail messages from MobileBox, MobileBox Easy or MobilePager in the form of SMS sent to mobile phones according to their respective tariffs (notifications of the delivery of e-mail messages to mobile phones will remain free of charge). The MobilePager service will also offer extended options of filtering of the forwarding of e-mail messages and a different type of filter than before will be pre-set. Therefore, we advise customers to check, or, as the case may be, to modify the setting of their MobilePagers after 4 February in order to ensure the correct functionality of the forwarding of e-mail messages.

New functionalities of the voice mailbox and the Register of Missed Calls
As of February, a new service called Welcome Greetings will be offered to all T-Mobile customers with an active voice mailbox. Customers will be able to choose from a wide range of entertaining welcome greetings recorded which will be divided into several categories. The greeting selected can be used by customers as their personal welcome greeting in their voice mailbox, and it will be played in the case of any call forwarded to the voice mailbox. To select a welcome greeting, call 6611. CZK 3.15 is charged for calls to 6611. CZK 14.90 is charged for saving the welcome greeting to the voice mailbox. (The prices stated are including VAT.)
In addition to Welcome Greetings, T-Mobile will offer the users of the voice mailbox a number of other improvements. For example, customers calling to their voice mailbox will obtain information (the phone number) about the person who left the message. Customers will also be able to easily access their voice mailbox from abroad: when calling from their phones to 603 12 33 11 customers will not have to enter their phone number and password.
The service called Register of Missed Calls is intended for customers with inactive voice mailbox or MobileBox. Thanks to this service, customers will be able to obtain information about calls missed during the period when their phones were switched off or when they were out of reach of the signal. After logging on into the network, customers will receive an SMS containing the numbers which tried to phone them when they were not available. In addition to the phone numbers (up to five unique numbers), the SMS will also contain the date and time of the calls. The Register of Missed Calls can be activated via the T-Mobile infoline. The incoming SMS will be free of charge.
