T-Mobile launches Magic Tuesdays

  • Customers get two-for-one cinema tickets, Twisters or beers
  • Text messages to the T-Mobile network for half price

Prague, 8 March 2011 – T-Mobile is handing out happiness to its customers. Magic Tuesdays bring specially-priced T-Mobile services to customers, as well as the opportunity to get two products from selected partners for the price of one with selected partners. Customers can thus look forward to, for example, SMS sent to the T-Mobile network for half price, discounted cinema tickets, and enjoying a beer or KFC with their friends. 

“Our aim is to bring maximum entertainment to the widest possible circle of customers,” says Alexandra Korman, Vice President Consumer Marketing at T-Mobile, adding: “Other Magic Tuesdays bonuses will soon come along and our clients will also have the opportunity to contribute to the selection.” 

The first specially-priced T-Mobile service will be SMS sent to the T-Mobile network for half price. Customers may activate the discount for the first Tuesday, 15 March, as early as on 9 March. All they need to do is to send an SMS with KOUZELNEUTERY to 4603. The special offer will be valid until the last Tuesday in June, when the operator will introduce another interesting offer. The add-on can be activated with a single SMS for the entire three-month period. It is valid after all free units and free credit are used and it applies to all SMS sent within the T-Mobile network in the Czech Republic. 

The second part of Magic Tuesdays – gifts prepared for customers of the Czech Republic’s largest operator in cooperation with strong partners on the market – will be based on the “two for the price of one” principle. Every Tuesday, customers can send a SMS and get one free ticket for a 2D screening offered in the entire Cinema City and Palace Cinemas chains (13 multiplex cinemas in six cities), one free Twister at KFC (59 restaurants in 15 cities) and one free beer at The PUB restaurant (11 restaurants in seven cities). Customers can use the add-ons every Magic Tuesday. 

There are no restrictions on using the offer: customers do not need to register anywhere or adhere to any complicated terms. All they need to do is to send a specific SMS with KOUZELNEUTERY KINO (or PIVO or KFC) to 4603. They will then receive a unique code based on which the partner will provide them with the bonus. Both sent and confirmation SMS are free of charge. 

All discounts are intended for customers who use voice services in all premises of the partners across the entire Czech Republic. In addition, customers will have the opportunity to express their opinion specifying offers that would interest them in the future.
