Prague, 18 August 2011 – T-Mobile is offering yet another channel that customers can use for sending credit to their prepaid Twist cards, as the operator has signed a contract with the betting agency Fortuna. Beginning today, customers can top up credit at nearly a thousand new locations across the Czech Republic.
“Today’s news just confirms the current trend – we continually strive to make credit top-up as accessible to our customers as possible,” says Jan Roule, Vice President Residential Sales at T-Mobile, adding: “Thanks to the addition of another business partner, users of prepaid cards can use 90 Fortuna locations and more than 900 credit top-up locations of Fortuna’s partners, which include for example GECO, Valmont, Relay, inmedio and Citi-tabák, to send credit to their prepaid cards.”
The operator is also offering additional benefits: an attractive 10% bonus credit is automatically provided to customers who top up their Twist cards at Czech Post locations in the period from 15 August to 15 September 2011.
Cooperation with this strategic partner started at the beginning of August this year. Czech Post offers approximately 3,300 locations across the entire Czech Republic, allowing customers from smaller communities where there are no other channels available (banks or hypermarkets) to send credit to prepaid cards.
Through an extensive network of business partners, T-Mobile offers a wide range of credit top-up options. Top-up amounts range from CZK 200 to CZK 9,999; standard top-up vouchers can be purchased in the values of CZK 250, 400, 600 and 1,000.
