Prague, 21th April 2020 - Since mid-March, T-Mobile has been providing free mobile data to all its tariff customers, both households and companies. In response to developments in the country as a result of government measures against coronavirus, introduces another offer of support, this time in the form of a package of services for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises, which have been hit hardest by the impacts of goverment measures caused by the COVID-19 epidemic. The package favors mobile voice services, the acquisition of HW and especially the use of fixed and ICT services.
"We want to support our customers in these difficult times. We want to make it easier for them not only to return to normal activities, but above all to enable them to successfully start operating in the digital environment, ”says Juraj Bóna, Executive Director of T-Mobile Czech Republic. Many entrepreneurs in the field of education, sports, legal services or the arts have gained new experience with distance communication tools in a few weeks. "We believe that the use of modern communication and digitization tools will bring a restart of business in the country and significantly reduce the risk of further economic losses," adds Bóna.
The basis for rapid adaptation to a new way of working is quality of connection and ICT services, which will enable you to work safely remotely from anywhere, trade online and digitize the company's agenda. T-Mobile therefore offers the highest available connection at a specific address under advantageous conditions (for example, a speed of 50 Mbit / s will cost CZK 299, which is the standard price of a connection at a speed of 20 Mbit / s). The offer can be activated until June 30 and is valid for half a year from the date of activation. For half a year, customers can use tools for the digital office, Microsoft Teams and online versions of basic O365 applications, including, for example, a 50GB e-mail box or 1TB of cloud storage, completely free of charge.
T-Mobile has also included complete T-Cloud services in a special package for three months free of charge. Through them, both company data and the content of mobile devices can be automatically stored in the cloud, while all operations of end stations and mobile devices are treated with a special Kaspersky antivirus solution. Customers also have special IT support over the phone and a free two-hour consultation for the optimal setup of these ICT services.
Customers who do not have unlimited calls in their tariff will receive free voice services. The offer can be activated from May 1 to June 30 and will be valid for 90 days. Entrepreneurs will also purchase new equipment for as little as CZK 1 without the need for a contractual obligation. Thanks to Magenta 1 Business, they receive an additional contribution from the operator every month for the installment of equipment or accessories in the amount of 10% of the invoiced amount.
Customers could also be interested in the offer of the marketing tool Prospector, which the operator offers in cooperation with the partner BizMachine for three months from activation free of charge. The data available in this database can make it easier for a company to target business offers to potential customers.
Detailed information and conditions of the special COVID-19 package for entrepreneurs are available on the website or via the customer line at 800 73 73 33.
