T-Mobile Gradually Increases Capacity of the t-zones System

• Number of people interested in registration on the t-zones portal has significantly increased today

Prague, 4 February 2003 - Today, T-Mobile launches a new extended SMS gate which is available only to the registered users of the t-zones portal. The number of customers interested in the registration has significantly increased today. In comparison to the ordinary traffic, the system is processing many more requirements, which is causing a delay in their processing. T-Mobile's Technical Department is gradually increasing its capacity and optimising the system.

T-Mobile would like to accommodate all customers who experienced temporary difficulties when accessing the portal due to its momentary load and to compensate them.

From 4 February until revoked, MobileBox, MobileBox Easy and MobilePager users will not be charged for the forwarding of e-mail messages to their mobiles. Customers will be informed in time about the beginning of the charging. We recommend users of the MobileBox and MobileBox Easy services to use this period to check the setting of their filters for the forwarding of e-mail messages to their mobiles.

T-Mobile would like to apologize to all its customers for the current situation.
