Prague, December 4, 2019 - T-Mobile will not let customers be without internet connection even during the outage of the fixed internet. As the first and only operator in the Czech Republic will give customers a free replacement in the form of unlimited internet on their mobile in the event of a fixed DSL connection outage. Doesn‘t matter whether the outage was planned or not.
The most common reason for inaccessible fixed internet is the modernization of data networks and the installation of new DSLAMs. Therefore, during outages, T-Mobile will inform customers not only about unavailable services, but also about the possibility of acquiring unlimited mobile data in the form of the Free Data package and using its smartphone as a WiFi hotspot.
"As our surveys show, customers not only emphasize the speed of repair, but they would also like to receive compensation for inaccessible services and to have up-to-date information on solution," says Jan Resler, T-Mobile Customer Satisfaction Expert, adding: "Almost 90 percent of customers would prefer a compensation in form of unlimited mobile data."
The package can be activated during the unavailable DSL services for 12 hours and the data from it has priority over data from the regular tariff or other packages. If the outage time exceeds 12 hours, the customer can reactivate the package.
