T-Mobile expanding its data offer

Prague, 26 January 2011 – T-Mobile has another piece of good news not only for its 800,000 mobile internet users. Starting today, the operator has extended its data offer for contract as well as prepaid customers. New mobile web-surfers can thus get a daily bundle for accessing the internet from their notebooks for only CZK 46 incl. VAT. 

“With our new offer we are flexibly responding to the wishes of users who need internet access only occasionally. We have primarily focused on simplicity, easy access and a clear price policy,” says Petr Dvořák, Marketing Director at T-Mobile.

Internet v mobilu for Twist users
For customers using prepaid cards, T-Mobile has prepared the Twist Internet v mobilu na týden (Twist Mobile Internet for One Week; formerly Twist Surf+) bundle for CZK 39 with an FUP limit of 25MB. Once they exceed the FUP limit, customers may now also purchase an additional 25MB of data for CZK 25. The offer of a free two‑week trial applies to the first activation of this bundle. 

Internet na cesty
For occasional internet data users, T-Mobile has prepared a prepaid internet bundle called Twist Internet na cesty na měsíc (Twist Travel Internet for One Month) for the great price of CZK 299 per month. Designed for 30 days with an FUP limit of 500MB, this new data tariff plan offers speeds of 3.6Mbps/512kbps and is supported by all of the 2G, 3G, UMTS TDD (Internet 4G) technologies. 

The Internet na cesty na den (Travel Internet for One Day) plan for CZK 49 is tailor-made both for prepaid and contract customers who need to use the internet only intermittently. This one-day bundle provides them with a data volume of up to 300MB. Customers who need more are offered an additional 1GB for CZK 99. The bundle can be activated via the T-Mobile Customer Center or by sending an SMS.
