T-MOBILE CONTINUES TO IMPROVE ITS OFFER

The new generation of the S námi plans offers a bigger data allowance
Unlimited on-net calls and text messages already included in the lowest-level plan
Possibility to purchase handsets on instalments for the lowest price without interest
A CZK 150/month discount on mobile internet if combined with a voice plan on one SIM card

Prague, 22 April 2013 – T-Mobile has further improved and simplified its offer. Customers using the recently introduced S námi síť nesíť (“With Us to Any Network”) plan now benefit from a bigger data allowance of 1.5 GB. The two other existing plans, S námi 390 (“With Us 390”) and S námi 590 (“With Us 590”), have been replaced with the S námi v síti (“With Us in Our Network”) and S námi v síti+ (“With Us in Our Network+”) plans (see the table below).

“In the new plans, we offer to customers the largest portion of data out of all the operators on the market, plus the fastest mobile network in the Czech Republic,” says Dana Tomášková, Vice President Resident Marketing at T-Mobile, adding: “In addition, we provide unlimited calls and text messages within our network already in the most basic plan.”

The operator allows all clients to activate the new plans, including those who are already bound by an existing contract. In addition, the new offer includes the possibility of signing an open-ended contract: the prices of the alternative S námi bez závazku (“With Us without a Commitment”) plans are CZK 150/month higher than in the case of fixed-term contracts.

Another important step towards fulfilling customers’ wishes is the possibility to purchase handsets on instalments without interest for the lowest purchase price as compared with those of competing operators (in the case of more expensive devices). Customers can purchase mobile phones on instalments only when signing a fixed-term contract (for 24 or 36 months) and may choose between one and up to 23 instalments. Along with this purchase option, T-Mobile has cancelled handset subsidies with voice plans.   

The operator has also prepared an attractive new benefit for customers wishing to increase the volume of data available within their voice plan. Starting today, users of the S námi v síti+ and S námi síť nesíť plans will receive a CZK 150/month discount when activating mobile internet with a data allowance of 400 MB or more. This discount has so far been available only to customers activating mobile internet with a voice plan on a separate SIM card.
