T-Mobile Again Extends Assistance Services on 333

  • Assistant 333 now offers information on German and Slovak telephone numbers
  • The telephone directory has thus been extended by more than 44 million listings
  • Customers can be immediately put through to the looked-up phone number

Prague, 14 May 2002 - Starting today, RadioMobil offers its customers the extended Assistant 333 service. Customers can use it to look up German mobile and fixed phone numbers and Slovak phone fixed numbers. The new service utilizes the databases of Deutsche Telekom and Slovenské telekomunikácie.

"Until now, customers have been able to have phone numbers within the Czech Republic looked up. Now they can obtain telephone directory information from two more countries, Slovakia and Germany," says Jiri Hajek, press spokesman for RadioMobil, adding: "The foreign telephone directory service is another from the range of benefits we can offer our customers as a result of our membership in the international T-Mobile group."

A customer will obtain the required phone number of a person or company upon calling 333 (+420 603 123 333 when calling from abroad). In addition, the requested phone number will also be delivered by SMS. The customer can be also put through to the requested number immediately (contract customers can take advantage of this option, it does not apply to Twist customers and customers roaming in the T-Mobile network in the Czech Republic).

The service is designed for all RadioMobil clients and foreign customers using the T-Mobile network in the Czech Republic. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The phone number search and delivery of the SMS message with the looked-up number are free of charge. Customers will pay only the standard fee for the connection with Assistant 333. If the customer is put through to the looked-up number, the call is charged at the rate applicable to international calls based on the customer's tariff.
