T-Mobile has prepared a number of benefits as part of its Christmas offer that will be launched on 1 November. For example, the operator’s customers will receive an additional handset or any other smart device free of charge when purchasing a handset from the offer of selected phones, free unlimited internet access for one day a week, Pevný internet (“Fixed-Line Internet”) at a discount when bundled with T-Mobile TV or the Videotéka (“Video on Demand”) service free of charge for two months. For users of the prepaid Twist card, the operator has prepared new data bundles and plush toys as rewards for credit top-up.

The November special offer of two devices for the price of one will be carried out in cooperation with Huawei. Customers who purchase a Huawei P10 phone during November while entering into a new contract or extending their existing contract for any of the Mobil voice plans for 24 months will not only receive a contribution for the purchase of the handset within the plans (ranging from CZK 1,000 to 4,000 depending on the particular plan), but also a Huawei P9 Lite Mini handset or a Talk Band 3 smart watch for free. If purchasing a Huawei P10 Lite, customers can choose between a Huawei Y 6 2017 as the second handset and a Band 2 Pro fitness wristband. Both devices can also be purchased in instalments without interest and, in the case of the handsets, insured. In December, the special offer will continue with Samsung products. 

All residential contract customers with an activated voice plan – other than the S námi sdílený (“Shared with Us”) plan – can enjoy free unlimited data access for one day a week until 31 January 2018. All they need to do is set up the particular day of their choosing via the My T-Mobile mobile application by 31 December 2017 at the latest. Once set up, the selected day cannot be changed until the end of the special offer. At the same time, T-Mobile is launching a new data bundle with unlimited data access valid for 24 hours from activation, which customers can purchase for a special price of CZK 99 until 31 January 2018. The bundle also applies to Twist users.

Additionally, T-Mobile will offer Fixed-Line Internet for a special price when bundled with T-Mobile TV. Customers activating the T-Mobile TV Mini plan together with any of the Fixed-Line Internet plans in the period until 31 December will receive a monthly discount of CZK 49; the combined cost of both services will be CZK 499 per month (with the Fixed-Line Internet 20 plan). When bundled with Fixed-Line Internet, the T-Mobile TV Základ (“Basic”), Start and Premium plans are offered with a total discount of CZK 199, which means that they will cost CZK 599, 699 and 1,099 per month, respectively (with the Fixed-Line Internet 20 plan). This offer is conditional on customers entering a contract or extending their contract for two years for both services in November and December; the services do not need to be ordered on the same day and at least one of them must be newly activated. On top of that, all users of T-Mobile TV will be able to use the Videotéka (“Video on Demand”) service free of charge for two months – existing customers in the period between 1 November and 31 December 2017, new customers two months from the date of activation during November or December.

For customers who sign a new contract or extend an existing contract for Fixed-Line Internet (via DSL), Internet bez drátu (“Wireless Internet”) or Mobilní internet (“Mobile Internet”) in the period between 7 November and the end of the year, T-Mobile will offer an HP Stream 14 (14-ax003nc) notebook for the attractive price of CZK 6,199, i.e. at a CZK 1,000 discount. The device can also be purchased in instalments without interest.

 A generous offer has also been prepared for users of the prepaid Twist card: when topping up their credit with CZK 500 and more, they will receive a plush toy as a present. Loyal customers who have been using the prepaid Twist card for five years and more and those who top up their credit via the My T-Mobile application only need to top up their credit with at least CZK 300 to receive a plush toy. Customers can receive a plush toy as a present when topping up their credit via the My T-Mobile mobile application, at a T-Mobile or partner shop, on the T-Mobile website or via Statements of Services and then pick it up at any T-Mobile or partner shop. This offer is valid until 31 December 2017 or while supplies last. In addition to the above-mentioned one-day bundle offering unlimited data for CZK 99, the operator has prepared a one-month Twist data bundle offering 4 GB of data for CZK 399/month as a special offer available in November and December.
