RadioMobil Has Now 30 Paegas Brand Shops

• Since the beginning a large sales network has been available for Paegas customers
• Twist sets bought via the internet are 10 % cheaper

By opening a new Paegas brand store at Dukelských hrdinĹŻ in Prague 7 RadioMobil has invited its customers not only to a jubilee thirtieth own shop, but at the same time also to a jubilee tenth one in the capital city. The incessantly growing number of own shops and shops in the Paegas dealer network are connected with the Companys strategy, trying to make the GSM network services as accessible as possible.

Since its foundation, RadioMobil has offered its services in an extensive network of several thousand trade partners. Since the very beginning RadioMobil customers in any region could have easily activated any Paegas tariff program, buy the prepaid Paegas Twist service and at the same time they were provided with warranty and post-warranty service in the place, which is important for a trustworthy customer relationship.

"It cannot be assumed that one only needs to start with a minimum number or even no shops, and to extend their number with the clientele gradually growing," the spokeswoman of RadioMobil Tereza Kakosová explains. "The customer has the right not only to buy a phone using the internet or delivery service, but also to receive detailed instructions from a trained, professional shop assistant advising how to use the phone and what services the customer can use with it. It is very important that the customer can come back to his dealer and consequently also to his/her operator anytime."

But of course it is not only about service when activating a phone; experienced users will also appreciate clean and quickly accessible service and only very few people are satisfied with the uncertainity of mail contact.

"Of course our clients have had, among others, the possibility to buy on the internet for more than a year," Tereza Kakosová explains. "They can even buy for instance Twist sets there with a 10% discount until the end of June, and they furthermore get a football dress, a free ticket for the Rock for People festival and they pay no delivery fees. However, in such case the customer can visit for example a Paegas brand shop, where they will be helpful and glad to advise him/her on everything. The direct contact of the seller with the final customer can be never fully replaced."

In Paegas brand shops customers can find a wide choice of the most modern phones, many of which can be purchased for a very advantageous price in case of a standard activation. No one else offers GSM customers more mobile phones to choose from. However, users of the prepaid Paegas Twist are also cared for. Already in June last year RadioMobil, as the first operator on the Czech market, opened a special shop at Národní tĹ?ída in Prague. Here, the customer can buy anything bearing the Paegas Twist brand seven days a week. S/he can choose from an unrivalled and widest offer of 14 different Paegas Twist sets in prices starting at CZK 3999, in which s/he finds a SIM card supporting the SIM Toolkit standard and an initial CZK 400 credit as well as a mobile phone. Those who already own a phone and need just a SIM card with a phone number and a CZK 400 credit can of course get it here as well for CZK 1399 (hence the most advantageous on the Czech market again), or for CZK 1599 if they decide for a SIM card with banking services. Paegas was also the first to offer customers a phone supporting the WAP standard in a prepaid set.

RadioMobil Incorporated is the operator of the most dynamically growing GSM network in CR. During 1999 over 500 thousand new customers decided for its services, which is the highest number in the history of mobile communications in CR. The Paegas GSM network that RadioMobil operates belongs to the most technologically developed networks in the world and has no competitor in a whole range of services on the Czech market.

Only in the Paegas network really all customers, not excluding prepaid Paegas Twist card owners, can use the most modern services: free data and fax connection, GSM Banking, WAP based services, Paegas Asistent and others. So far only RadioMobil offers the possibility of ordering services via the internet or view the bill thanks to the Paegas Info Profil service. They can always be sure they chose the most effective operator on the Czech market.

The RadioMobil Company can fully rely on its shareholders: ÄŚeské radiokomunikace 51 % (after enforcing the option its share will decrease to 39.2 % during 2001) and the consortium CMobil - 49 % (60.8 % respectively). The Paegas GSM network today covers over 99 % of the Czech population and 99.8 % of first-class roads. Customers can use a Paegas GSM mobile phone in networks of 174 operators from almost 80 countries of the whole world. In 1999 RadioMobil invested more than 5.5 billion crowns in its network, and for 2000 it plans investments exceeding 10 billion. At the end of March 2000 over 1 050 000 customers were using the Paegas services.
