Paegas to Continue Successful Cooperation with Czech Football

• RadioMobil has signed a contract on further cooperation with the Czech national team
• Paegas will accompany the Czech footballers at qualification matches of the world championship in 2002

The three-year cooperation of RadioMobil and the Czech national team has culminated by signing a long-term partnership contract. Under the auspices of RadioMobil our men have achieved phenomenal success during past year: they advanced to EURO 2000 without losing a single point and went down in the history of European football with an unbeaten record of ten matches, ten victories and an incredible 30 points.

The fact that Paegas is going to cross fingers to the Czech footballers at this years EURO 2000 European Championship has not been a secret for a long time. However, signing the contract on long-term cooperation with the Czech national team means that RadioMobil will accompany our footballers for example also at qualification matches of the world championship in 2002.

These days all football fans eagerly await the forthcoming EURO 2000 European Championship. In this context, RadioMobil supports not only the footballers themselves, but tries to open the Championship also to its customers as much as possible, and has prepared several services on this occasion. Everyone who wants to be regularly informed about how the championship proceeds can activate a special EURO information channel. You activate it by sending an SMS text message: +EURO to 4616. The procedure is the same for cancellation, you only put the minus sign at the beginning, i.e.: -EURO. The service works in English as well, in that case you send +EURO-E and -EURO-E respectively.

Under the auspices of RadioMobil in cooperation with the Czech Press Agency a special supplement on the EURO 2000 Championship was created at www.sportovninoviny.cz and at the wap address euro.sportovninoviny.cz/wap. There, football fans will find for instance regularly updated news from the matches, the basic statistics of the Championship, live conferences with protagonists of the Czech team or interesting information from the Championship.

Paegas Assistant 333 got ready for the sports event too: Its operators have important contacts that a visitor of a match might need - these are e.g. contacts of Czech representative authorities or other important phone numbers. At the same time interpreting services in languages of the place (and of course also many others that Paegas Assistant commonly offers) are available.

The Paegas GSM network today covers over 99 % of the Czech population and 99.8 % of first-class roads.
