Paegas Professional - Services for Corporate Clients

RadioMobil has prepared a new programme for corporate clients. The new brand Paegas Professional, that is now coming to existence, will offer services customised to the needs of individual companies. "The impulse for creating the new brand was the growing interest of companies in Paegas services," explains Robert Chvátal, RadioMobils Marketing Director. "The products and services under the brand Paegas Professional will bring a comprehensive mobile solution for corporate clients. The Paegas Professional offer of course reflects this."

To large corporations Paegas Professional offers services such as the Virtual Private Network, Paegas Locator, Paegas Direct and Paegas SMSC Direct. The Paegas Professional portfolio for medium-sized and small businesses includes the Private Network and Paegas Locator. "The offer for medium-sized and small businesses is absolutely unique in the Czech market," stresses JiĹ?í DvorjanÄŤanský, RadioMobil Sales Director. "We will secure an individual approach to each client in order that the companies can use this offer as effectively as possible. In practice this means that each Paegas Professional user will get special care in Paegas Retail Shops. In addition to this, we will be ready to visit our customers personally and explain them in detail the possibilities brought by Paegas Professional and at the same time we will help them find the most advantageous combination."

Together with the new brand also the new website www.PaegasProfessional.cz has been created where the customers will find a detailed description of the current Paegas Professional services as well as basic information on RadioMobil.

Private Network and Virtual Private Network
Thanks to the Private Network services, which will become available to customers during June, the participants will have the opportunity to make calls with one another with a much greater convenience and at more advantageous rates, and the company owner will get a much greater overview of all company telephones. Within the Private Network it is possible to set up an own number plan for all employees and selected business partners and these numbers can be then called by means of short number dialling. The company will achieve substantial savings due to the possibility to distinguish between business and private calls. The set-ups of authorisations of individual employees for business calls within the Private Network may differ. Due to the unique possibility of charging private calls directly from the credit of the prepaid Paegas Twist service, the company owner does not need to deal with complicated billing of private and business calls. The employees recharge their credits on their own by means of Twist coupons or ATMs.
Another advantage of the Private Network is an easy and flexible set-up method via Click Profil from any Internet-connected computer. The Private Network is affordable for all companies. The charges for one SIM card include a one-off activation fee of CZK 170 and a monthly fee of CZK 35. To large businesses RadioMobil offers the Virtual Private Network, which, in addition, offers a more detailed set-up of authorisations not only for incoming but also for outgoing calls.

Paegas Profi SIM
Paegas Professional offers not only the possibility of interconnection into a Private Network, but the companies can also take advantage of the Paegas Profi SIM card. This card has the same parameters as standard Paegas SIM cards (including memory space for 200 telephone number entries) but includes also Paegas Locator and Paegas E-mail as default applications. With its parameters, the Paegas Profi SIM card is the most up-to-date SIM card in the Czech market and its functions can be used in the majority of phones available in the Czech market. Large businesses which require special services from the GSM Paegas network will benefit from using the free SIM card space and have an arbitrary application loaded in it which customised to their needs, or the Paegas MobilChange application allowing to manage Microsoft Outlook directly from the mobile phone which is otherwise accessible only from the users computer.

Paegas Locator
Paegas Locator allows localisation of turned-on mobile telephones in the field. The service, which is functional only if the mobile phone owner wishes, will for example make the life easier for a number of companies whose employees travel very often and need to stay in touch with their dispatchers.
The employee who wants to be informed of the movements of his or her colleagues in the field has map software installed in his or her computer equipped with a GSM module. The software communicates with mobile telephones whose owners gave him/her consent with that. The dispatcher will then simply via computer send an inquiry about the location of a particular telephone which is shown on the computer screen. The location of the mobile phone can be identified with the greatest accuracy in densely populated areas in which also the density of base transceiver stations is at the highest level.

Paegas Direct a Paegas SMSC Direct
Mainly large businesses will appreciate the Paegas Direct and Paegas SMSC Direct services (therefore RadioMobil offers them to those customers who have concluded a frame agreement with RadioMobil). Paegas Direct is a direct interconnection of the digital corporate exchange with the GSM Paegas exchange. This service will bring substantial financial savings on calls on fixed and mobile telephone numbers and will offer access to some Paegas services also to fixed network subscribers. Paegas SMS Direct works on a similar principle. In this case it is a fixed connection of the customers communication server to the Paegas SMS centre. Especially companies that send and receive large amounts of SMS messages will make use of this service. Besides a faster and more reliable transmission of SMS messages this service of course offers special text messaging tariffs.

The joint-stock company RadioMobil is the operator of a GSM 900/1800 MHz network called Paegas. Since 1996, when RadioMobil entered the Czech market and brought in competition, it obtained more than two million customers. RadioMobil sells prepaid services under the brand Paegas Twist, which is the most successful prepaid service in the Czech market, providing its users with a whole range of services such as data and fax connection, GSM Banking based on the SIM Toolkit standard, Paegas Assistant services, access to WAP services and furthermore it offers a free e-mail ClickBox Easy. Paegas Click is another brand of RadioMobil, focused on customers with Internet or WAP access. At www.click.cz they can easily configure services as well as for instance use a comprehensive e-mail box based on the unified messaging technology.
RadioMobil belongs to the Deutsche Telekom Group - one of the worlds biggest telecommunication operators. Through its subsidiary company T-Mobil (Deutsche Telekoms mobile operator) it owns 87.3% in the CMobil consortium. Other shareholders of CMobil are: STET Mobile Holdings N.V. (12%) and PVT a.s. (0.7%). The international CMobil consortium now owns 60.8% of RadioMobil whose second biggest shareholder is the company ÄŚeské radiokomunikace.
Today, the Paegas GSM network covers over 99% of the Czech population and 99.8% of first class roads. Only during the year 2000 the number of transmitters increased by 750 and thus reached 2500 by the end of the year. Last year, investments only in the network exceeded nine billion crowns. RadioMobil customers may use their mobile phones in networks of 204 operators from 89 countries of the whole world (124 various locations altogether). By the end of February 2001, more than 2,000,000 customers were using Paegas services.
