Only Paegas Now Offers Free Calls to Voice Mailbox and ClickBox

  • When calling the Voice Mailbox via the short number 3311, or 3322 (for ClickBox), the call is free
  • In addition to the change in price of a call to the Voice Mailbox, RadioMobil simplifies the prices of calls to networks of other Czech operators
  • All users of Paegas services including Twist can save when calling within the network

From April, all users of the currently offered Paegas tariff programs (Paegas 20 to Paegas 300, including partner and additional programs and the Jistota program) and also the users of Paegas Twist prepaid cards can call the ClickBox or the Voice Mailbox for free. And also from 1 April, the price list of calls to mobile networks of other Czech operators is simplified. For the majority of the customers this means a price reduction. â?śThis is definitely a revolution, an absolutely new dimension of mobile communication that will enhance the use and advantages of mobile telephones. And Paegas wants to lead this revolution as the first operator who takes such a daring step. Now our customers can take the opportunities offered to them by both ClickBox and the regular Paegas Voice Mailbox, without having to pay for collecting messages. Again we are the first and only ones in the Czech market to come up with such a radical price change,â?ť said the Marketing Director of RadioMobil Robert Chvátal.

Cancellation of fees for calls to the mailbox applies to all users of regular tariff programs and Paegas Twist cards when using quick dialling, i.e. the number 3311 (regular Mailbox) and 3322 (ClickBox) from their own telephones. When calling from another telephone number and when using the long number (0603 12 33 11, or 0603 12 33 22), the fee for access to the mailbox remains the same. The zero price of a call to the mailbox does not apply to older programs, such as Ekonom, Aktiv, Manažer or Diamant. However, their users can simply change for the new tariff programs and start taking opportunity of all advantages offered by these programs.

The initial activation or reactivation of the Voice Mailbox will be very easy â?" by a free call to the customer line 4603 from the mobile phone. By means of tone dialling this takes only a few minutes.

Another change is the change in fees charged for calls to mobile networks of other operators. This means that the users of standard Paegas tariff programs will save no fewer than one crown for each minute of call to the Oskar network. As a consequence, the same fee will be charged for calls to all mobile networks. The special rates for calls within the Paegas network remain unchanged. In the case of Paegas Twist prepaid cards there is a change in the price of a call to the EuroTel network and so one minute of connection with a mobile owner using another GSM network will now cost 6.80 KÄŤ. All calls are charged per thirty-second tariff impulses and so the customer does not have to pay for the whole first minute of a very short call as it is often the case with other operators. â?śThe purpose of these changes is to make our price list more transparent and absolutely equalise the other mobile operators in all currently offered tariff programs. Briefly, Oskar should not point out the unequal treatment any more.â?ť added Robert Chvátal.
