Beginning on 1 April 2017, T-Mobile’s Legal and Regulatory Services Department has been strengthened with the addition of Vladimíra Chlandová, who holds the position of Senior Public Affairs Specialist, and Vanda Kellerová as Senior Legal Data Protection Counsel. On 15 May, Martin Orgoník will join the magenta team, replacing the departing Alice Selby as Senior Manager of Regulatory Services.
Vladimíra Chlandová (Senior Public Affairs Specialist) studied law at Charles University and has many years of experience in telecommunications and media. She started her career in print media (Ringier publishing house) and then spent most of her career to date at UPC Czech Republic. From 2006 to 2016, she was chairperson of the board of the Czech Association of Electronic Communications and served as a member of the board of the DIGIMONITOR association and a member of the expert panel at the Czech Telecommunications Office. Vladimíra has also trained as a mediator. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, mountain hiking and shooting. She has long been involved in associations that help children suffering from haemophilia.
Vanda Kellerová (Senior Legal Data Protection Counsel) is also a graduate of the Charles University Faculty of Law. She comes to T-Mobile from Vodafone. She previously worked, for example, for Eurotel, the Ministry of Justice and the law firm AK Pejchal a spol. (now AK Nespala s.r.o.). Vanda enjoys spending her free time with her seven-year-old son and running.
Martin Orgoník (Senior Manager of Regulatory Services) comes from the Office of Communications (OFCOM) in London. From 2010 to 2016, he worked for the Vodafone Group and before that for the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition. Martin studied economics and law at Masaryk University in Brno, earning his Doctor of Law degree in 2011. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking in the mountains and motorcycling. He is an enthusiastic amateur athlete, with rowing being his current favourite sport. His current dream is to compete with other European rowers at an international competition.
