Interest in top-up rewards is rising constantly
Nearly three million hours of free calls made
149 free minutes per customer on average
Prague, 17 July 2013 – T-Mobile customers have come to like the system of immediate rewards with prepaid Twist cards in the Našim za dobití (For Our Customers for Topping Up) programme. It is now being actively used by more than a million customers. Of the four options (CZK 2.50 to All Networks, Free Calls, Free Mobile Internet, One Free Text Message for Every Text Message Sent), the most popular benefit is calls for CZK 2.50. This is currently being used by more than half a million programme participants.
“Active customers using optional benefits make significantly more calls than customers who do not use the benefit system. With Free Calls to T-Mobile numbers from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., customers use 149 free minutes per month on average; in total they have already called nearly 3 million hours in this way free of charge”, says Dana Tomášková, Vice President Resident Marketing at T-Mobile, adding: “We believe that these attractive rewards will soon start to be used also by other users of voice Twist cards.”
FOUR OPTIONS
Twist customers can choose from four useful benefits:
The selected benefit is activated by sending a free SMS in the form of NASIM SAZ (or VOL, INT or SMS – depending on the selected service) to 4603. The validity of the rewards is defined according to the value of the top-up amount – up to CZK 300, customers can use the benefit for one week; when topping up more than CZK 300, for a full four weeks. The benefits can be flexibly changed for individual top-ups and they apply both to old and new voice Twist cards.
