My Info Popular with Paegas Customers
Prague, 25 January 2002 - As many as 291 infochannels are already in operation within My Info, a service offered to RadioMobil customers since 3 December 2001. With My Info, each Paegas customer can create his or her own infochannel. Information from this channel is then distributed to all Paegas users who have subscribed to the channel.
Description of the service
When creating the channel, the owner defines whether the channel is to be public or private. Public infochannels are accessible to all Paegas users and are listed in the My Info catalogue at
www.click.cz, in ClickProfil, SMS Services option. A private channel owner will define a group of users authorised to access the distributed information - no one else can then subscribe to the channel.
Contributions entered on the infochannel by its owner are distributed to all who have subscribed to the channel. My Info works similarly to Paegas Info: The recipient can have the information sent on a one-time basis or order a regular distribution of new messages. The delivery of a message is paid either by the recipient or the My Info channel owner, depending on the set-up.
The service is useful in all areas in which the same information is provided to a group of people and can therefore be used for a variety of purposes. Companies can use it to communicate effectively with their customers and business partners. By creating internal infochannels, My Info can improve communication within the company. The service will also be useful to the general public, for example within various interest groups and fan clubs.

Press service
A special free infochannel RDMPress has been created within My Info, providing journalists with regular information about recently published press releases, dates of press conferences and other important RadioMobil-related events. You can subscribe to this channel by sending an SMS in the format +rdmpress to 5566. To unsubscribe, send an SMS in the format -rdmpress to the same number.
