More than 75,000 people call their family and friends free of charge

• More than 75,000 customers make free calls to their family and friends thanks to the T-Mobile Family and T-Mobile Team add-ons
• The "Call me back" service is used by more than 22,000 Twist customers every day
• The promo event runs until the end of August

Prague, 5 August 2008 − This May, T-Mobile introduced new services aimed at making communication within families and work teams "barrier free". In addition to the T-Mobile Family and T-Mobile Team add-ons, the new services also included sponsored calls and a possibility to contact the called party via SMS or by ringing and hanging up if the calling party did not have sufficient credit. These services have become increasingly popular with our customers. More than 46,000 people who have already activated the T-Mobile Family add-on and more than 29,000 customers who have activated the T-Mobile Team add-on now call their family, friends and team members free of charge. Customers can still take advantage of the promo offer: if they activate one of the add-ons by the end of August, they will receive a 50% discount on the monthly fee for up to one year.

"Our customers´ interest in the new add-ons has exceeded all expectations," says Petr Dvořák, Executive Vice President Marketing at T-Mobile. "But it is clear proof of how important it is for family members or close colleagues to maintain unlimited contact."

T-Mobile Family

T-Mobile Family offers unlimited calls among up to five people for a single monthly fee. Calls are free of charge not only between the "group leader" and the group members, but also between individual group members. This service is now used by more than 46,000 customers. Most of them have opted for the highest variant of the add-on − i.e. a group of 5 members, with the average number of members of one group being 4.1.

The promo offer is still available. Everyone who activates the T-Mobile Family add on by the end of August will pay only half of the regular monthly fee. Thus it is possible to save more than five thousand crowns on the regular monthly fee over one year if the group has five "family members."

T-Mobile Team

The T-Mobile Team add-on is intended particularly for customers from the small-business segment with a maximum of five employees, allowing up to five people, both from the company and outside of it, to make free calls to one another for a regular monthly fee. More than 29,000 customers have already activated this add-on, with the average number of team members being 4.6.

Corporate customers can also take advantage of an interesting promo event. If they activate the T­Mobile Team add-on by the end of August, they will enjoy a 50% discount on the regular monthly fee until the end of May 2009. The discounted regular monthly fee for the add-on amounts to CZK 416 incl. VAT (CZK 349.60 excl. VAT). In addition to unlimited calls, all members within a group will also be able to use the Kde je... (Where is...?) localization service free of charge until the end of November.

Calls among group members do not use up any free minutes or credit. For sending a text message, the members will pay the price according to their tariff plan. The add-on is only applicable within the T-Mobile network and calls made while roaming are charged according to the standard tariff plan.

Other "family" services

Other services allowing unlimited communication with family and friends have also become popular among our customers. Thanks to the Sponsor service, children can no longer make the excuse that they have run out of credit and can leave a message or call their parents anytime they wish, regardless of how much credit they may have. As of today, there are more than 20,000 generous sponsors and 25,000 sponsored users in the T-Mobile network. The service allowing Twist customers who are out of credit to contact their friends and relatives by sending a text message or ringing and hanging up is used daily by about 22,000 customers.

Note: *The T-Mobile Family add-on can be activated in combination with all tariff plans except BAV SE, Kredit 150 incl. HIT, Partner I., Partner II., Partner III., Happy Partner, T1, Data&SMS I, Data&SMS II, Internet 4G and ADSL tariff plans, and older tariff plans that are no longer included in the offer portfolio.
