MMS Messages Now for Absolutely Everyone

• Thanks to the Media Album service, even customers who do not own an MMS telephone can send multimedia greetings
• With Media Album you can not only send or save MMS messages, but also modify them at will and create your own content
• The t-zones mobile portal is now offering even easier access to services

Prague, 30 July 2003 - T-Mobile customers can now create their own albums of MMS messages and send MMS messages even if they don't own an MMS-supported telephone. This is possible via the new Media Album service, which is accessible to all users at the t-zones portal. Thanks to this service, it is possible to administer all MMS messages, e.g. to create new ones, to modify them, to forward received messages, to save messages or their parts, etc. In addition, you can try the Media Album, which is totally free of charge, until the end of August. And, at first sight, all visitors of the t-zones internet portal will recognize an additional novelty. The overall design has been adapted to the offer on WAP and thus, access to the individual services is even more clearly arranged and more user-friendly than before.

Create your own MMS album
"Until now, the customer has only been able to create or save all MMS messages in his/her own mobile phone. Thus, only owners of MMS-supported telephones could enjoy the advantages of MMS communication. Even those owners were, however, limited by the memory of their telephones when receiving or sending messages. With the Media Album service, we are bringing to our customers a unique solution thanks to which they are neither limited by the capacity of the telephone, nor by not owning an MMS telephone," says Jiří Hájek, press spokesman for T-Mobile.

Thanks to the Media Album service, all customers can keep their incoming and outgoing MMS messages in their mailbox at the t-zones portal which is accessible via web and WAP. Messages are copied into the mailbox automatically upon being received or sent from the telephone. The service also allows creating one's own MMS messages, consisting of pictures, music, video and text, and sending it, for instance, as a unique birthday greeting to a friend. In addition, you may also save in your mailbox a photograph which you do not wish to send to anyone, yet you would like to keep as a memento. In such a case, you simply send the MMS message to 5522 and view it in the future in your mailbox at any time or use it to create a new MMS message in the Media Album.

You may insert, along with the text, pictures, videos or music from the publicly accessible gallery or to use pictures and music downloaded from your computer, into an MMS messages created on web or WAP. You will certainly also welcome the picture editor and music editor in which individual parts of the MMS messages may be modified before sending or in which new messages may be created; for example, you may compose your own melody.

The service is available to customers under the reference Media Album at the www.t-zones.cz portal or in the wap version in the section E-mail and more. To be able to use the service, you just need to register at www.t-zones.cz and then confirm your consent to the terms and conditions of the service in the section Media Album at the t-zones web portal. To use the functionality allowing automatic copying of received and sent MMS messages into the Media Album mailbox, it is also necessary to have the MMS service activated. 2 MB of space are available to each customer to save the copied MMS messages and 1 MB to save his/her own content.

The customers may try out the Media Album service until the 31 August 2003 entirely free of charge (when accessing the service via WAP, the customers will only pay for the connection time or for the volume of the data transferred via GPRS according to the particular tariff).

t-zones - enhanced accessibility of services
The t-zones portal has enhanced access to its service. All users opening the t-zones internet website will immediately recognize this at first sight. The t-zones internet portal has gone through changes to its design and has adapted its offer of services to the wap version of t-zones. The portal is thus even more clearly arranged and more user-friendly than before. The design and arrangement of all sections are created to facilitate orientation for the customer to a maximum extent, regardless of how he/she accesses t-zones. A section devoted to t-zones has also appeared as an independent reference under the category Services at www.t-mobile.cz.

The t-zones mobile portal provides customers with a unique offer of services. Thus, T-Mobile customers have easy access to a wide range of information – to news, sports news, traffic information, or, as the case may be, various data services. Via t-zones, it is also possible to download original pictures, logos, wallpapers, postcards, videos, etc.
