Prague, 2 January 2006 - T-Mobile is continuing to give out Christmas presents even after New Year's Day. All customers of the No. 1 Czech mobile operator can call their loved ones without worrying about the price of long phone calls. Starting 5 January, calls within the T-Mobile network will be charged at a special price, which is particularly favourable for long calls. Using a special code before dialing the respective number, a one-hour phone call within the T-Mobile network will cost as little as CZK 9.90 excl. VAT (CZK 11.78 incl. VAT). The offer is valid until the end of February and it can be used by both contract and Twist customers.
Beginning 5 January, all of T-Mobile's customers can thus decide how much they will pay for their calls. If they are planning to make a long call and want to economize, this is a unique opportunity. All they have to do is dial the *7330 prefix before dialing the number they are calling. For example, a call to 603 123 456 should be dialled as *7330 603 123 456. Calls made using the *7330 prefix are not included in free minutes, which can be used, for example, for shorter calls.
All calls made within the T-Mobile network using the special code will be charged at the unified price of CZK 9.90 excl. VAT (CZK 11.78 incl. VAT). A ten-minute phone call will cost the same as a one-hour call. For example, in the case of a one-hour call, one minute will cost less than 20 hellers incl. VAT. If the customer does not use the special prefix, the call will be charged according to the standard price list of the customer's tariff or prepaid card.
Compared to standard price lists, the offer allows significant savings - a ten-minute call made using the special long-call prefix will cost CZK 11.78. With Twist Standard, the same call would cost CZK 57 in peak hours, and with the tariff T 600 HIT, it would cost CZK 28.60 (all prices are incl. VAT).
The special charging does not have to be activated in any way. Customers themselves decide when it should be applied by dialing the special prefix. Its use is not limited - it is valid at weekends as well as on weekdays, 24 hours a day, until the end of February. The service is available for all contract customers regardless of their tariff as well as for those using prepaid Twist cards.
Users of the Virtual Private Network and Private Network can use this offer under special conditions and using different ways of dialing described on www.t-mobile.cz/dlouhavolani.
Note: For technical reasons, the maximum length of a call is limited to 65 minutes. The favourable price only applies to calls made within the T-Mobile network.
