Prague, 30 November 2007 - T-Mobile has launched a brand-new service, Moje útrata (My Spending), allowing customers to keep their mobile phone expenses fully under control. Thus, contract customers can easily find out information on the remaining amount of free units or credit in the respective billing period and on the total amount spent so far.
The service is easy to use: By sending a SMS with UTRATA to 4603, the customer will immediately receive a message with the requested information. The SMS inquiries are not charged; each response delivered costs CZK 5.95 incl. VAT. Information on the current amount spent and the remaining free units can be also obtained on the t-zones portal under My T-Mobile/Billing and Payments. In this case, the information is completely free of charge.
"It is important for contract customers to be able to receive up-to-date information on their mobile expenses even before the end of a billing period," says Martina Kemrová, T-Mobile's Head of Corporate Communication. "We believe that this service will meet the needs of our customers and provide them with full control over their mobile phone expenses."
This innovation is an addition to the existing Moje přečerpané jednotky (My Overdrawn Units) and Můj limit (My Limit) services that also make it possible for customers to keep their mobile phone expenses under control. If using the former of the two services, the user is informed when his or her available free units/credit have been used up; if using My Limit, the customer receives notification upon reaching a specified amount (with the exception of the monthly fee). Both of these options remain available.
The Moje útrata service can be used without any limitation during the billing period. The full monthly fee for the respective tariff plan, the monthly fees for individual additional services, standard voice and data traffic and one-off payments (such as SIM card replacement) are included in the total amount spent. The amount spent does not include special or volume discounts. The information provided should only serve for orientation purposes, as there may be a delay in the billing of certain items. The remaining credit and amount spent are always stated exclusive of VAT.
