JAN KOPECKÝ APPOINTED HEAD OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AT T-MOBILE

With effect from 1 August 2017, Jan Kopecký was appointed head of Internal Communication at T-Mobile. The new Senior Manager will also hold the same position in the sister company Slovak Telekom, as part of the merger of management positions within the two companies.

Jan Kopecký, 36, came to T-Mobile from Siemens, where he was in charge of the Internal Communication Department for seven years, being also responsible for marketing and digital communication over the past three years. He had previously held various positions in external communication, corporate publishing and HR.

Kopecký is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Informatics and Statistics, specialising in IT and commercial communication. His interests include technology and aviation. Jan enjoys spending his free time travelling and serving as a guide on sightseeing tours focused on Spain, Portugal and Italy. He also practices yoga.
