Prague, 17 May 2011 – T-Mobile has a new offer for customers interested in having fast internet access and a new notebook. As one of the first companies in the Czech Republic to do so, tomorrow it will start offering its customers a powerful tool equipped with new Intel technology, the HP ProBook 4530s notebook, at the special price of CZK 7,199 if bundled with other services. In addition, the operator is increasing the uplink data-transfer speed.
T-Mobile is offering a good choice not only for business customers. The special offer of a high‑performance notebook featuring a unique design for a uniform price is intended for all customers irrespective of their monthly payment. To obtain the notebook, it is necessary to sign a two-year contract with the Internet na cesty Standard data plan for CZK 499 incl. VAT per month or the Internet na cesty Premium plan for CZK 999 incl. VAT per month and activate or extend a voice plan for a fixed term of 24 or 36 months. This special offer cannot be combined with a 2v1 (“2in1”) or 3v1 (“3in1”) bundle.
The basic unsubsidised price of the HP ProBook 4530s is CZK 15,999 incl. VAT.
If interested, customers can also obtain a USB modem for internet connection for CZK 1. The specific type of modem depends on their data plan – in the case of Internet na cesty Standard, they will get the Huawei E1750, while users of Internet na cesty Premium can get the Huawei E1823. The offer is always linked to the respective plan mentioned above.
The operator has also focused on increasing the uplink speed. In the case of premium plans, the speed has been increased from 1.5 Mbps to 5.76 Mbps to give customers an opportunity to maximally test the possibilities offered by the network and the technology. Internet users can test the fast connection with the Huawei E1823 modem supporting the HSPA+ technology.

The HP ProBook 4530s features the latest second-generation Intel Core i5 processor and is one of the first models equipped with this technology. With its practical dimensions of 374 x 256 x 28.7 mm (width x depth x height), the notebook will easily fit in every type of hand luggage. Its weight is also handy – 2.36 kg.
The notebook comes equipped with the Czech 64-bit version of the Windows? 7 Professional operating system. It boasts the latest second-generation Intel? Core? i5 processor with the Turbo Boost function, 4GB DDR3 SDRAM and a SMART SATA II 2.5’’ 640 GB 5400 RPM hard drive. The 15.6” 16:9 widescreen anti-glare LED display with 1366 x 768 resolution is more than sufficient. The notebook naturally supports 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi networks. It also features four USB 2.0 ports, HDMI, 6 in 1 card reader, RJ-45 (Ethernet 10/100/1000), VGA, 34 mm ExpressCard slot, 1x3.5 mm stereo headsets/1x3.5 mm microphone and DVD+/–RW SuperMulti DL Drive.
