Just a few days after RadioMobil came up with another improvement in the system of SIM card recharge using coupons and the recharge line, the company offers the users of prepaid Paegas Twist services another possibility of recharging their credit very easily. The Paegas mobile phone owner who purchases a Twist coupon just selects the code of the service *102* using the phoneâ??s keypad and right behind it he/she enters the 12 or 14-digit number that is hidden under the couponâ??s scratch-off label, and concludes by pressing the # sign. The user than just confirms the whole transaction that takes only a few seconds by pressing the O.K. button. As a confirmation of a successful recharge, a message shows on the display immediately informing not only of the total amount of credit but also of the amount of credit recharged. â?śThe customers using the prepaid Paegas Twist cards will constantly demand greater convenience when recharging their prepaid accounts and more possibilities of making this transaction quicker and simpler. Therefore the offer of recharging via the telephone without the need to call the recharge line is definitely not the last variant offered for recharging Paegas Twist services,â?ť says Robert Chvátal, Marketing Director of RadioMobil. â?śFor those who will prefer to continue using the so far used recharging method via the recharge line, this possibility of course remains unchanged.â?ť
The service is, similarly as recharging from oneâ??s own telephone via the recharge line, absolutely free of charge, and is accessible also from the networks of the majority of roaming partners. From here the users of Paegas Twist services can now get information on the amount of their credit by means of the *101# code. Unlike in the past, roaming Twist customers do not have to dial 4601 or *101* +420603124601# when using back call roaming in order to find out the amount of their credit. They can get information on the credit amount continuously and free of charge by simply pressing several phone buttons after which the credit shows directly on the phoneâ??s display.
At present, Paegas Twist customers can use altogether four ways of recharging their credit. The first three of them make use of coupons and the customer may choose between calling the recharge line and recharging the credit directly using the phoneâ??s keypad. In the case the client decides to top up his/her credit by calling the recharge line, he/she can dial 4601 or 4602 free of charge when in the Czech Republic or when using direct roaming from his/her handset. When using Twist back call roaming the customer has to use the auxiliary code *111*+4206034601# or *111*+4206034602#. It is also possible to recharge another Twist card from any telephone by dialling 0603124602 and inserting the number you wish to recharge. The third possibility of Twist card recharging using the coupon is to insert a special code *102*recharge_number# using the mobile phoneâ??s keypad.
The fourth, very easy way of recharging is by means of an ATM. In that case, the customer just inserts a bank card in one of the selected ATMs and chooses the Mobile Phone and then Twist Recharge options from the menu. After that he/she just enters the phone number (nine digits â?" no zero in the front), and selects a credit from 200 to 4000 KÄŤ. The owner of the recharged credit will immediately receive an SMS message confirming the recharge and, moreover, he/she can insert another number during the transaction to which an additional confirming SMS should be sent. Finally the ATM confirms the transaction and prints a recharge bill. This method, which can be used with selected ÄŚSOB ATMs marked with the Paegas Twist logo, is very favourable for the customers from the financial point of view, as they will get a free 10% credit bonus.
