Prague, 31 March 2005 - As of 5 April, T-Mobile customers may take advantage of the new e80 tariff and for the first time activate a first SIM card completely independently and from the comfort of their own homes via the T-Mobile Internet Shop. The new eTariff is based on the existing standard Tariff T 80 but it offers 20 free SMS and, when concluding a 12-month contract, an additional 20 free minutes for calling. The service is intended for individuals and small businesses. In addition to launching the eTariff, the T-Mobile Internet Shop's offer has been extended. Customers will not only be able to order phones or Twist sets on the internet but they can now also enter into a contract, extend their contracts or switch from Twist to a tariff. All goods ordered will be delivered directly to their homes.
The trend towards independence is closely tied to the development of mobile communication and the internet - instead of visiting banks, customers use GSM or internet banking and much more frequently take advantage of the possibility of purchasing goods on the internet.
"There are more and more customers who appreciate the opportunity to manage their affairs from the comfort of their homes or offices and do not need to contact an operator or a sales representative. Our new products are intended just for them," explains Jiří Dvorjančanský, Executive Vice President Marketing at T-Mobile.
Easy activation and use, free minutes and SMS
The main advantages of the new e80 tariff are easy activation and use. Other benefits include electronic Statements of Services and free SMS and minutes for calling.
The monthly fee and rates of the new tariff are identical to the standard Tariff T 80. In addition, customers will obtain 20 free SMS to all networks. When concluding a 12-month contract, customers will obtain an additional 20 free minutes to all networks.
For registration, selection and ordering of services, it is not necessary to visit a T-Mobile shop or call the Infoline. Customers can do so on the internet at the T-Mobile Internet Shop. The selected goods or services will be delivered cash-on-delivery within 3 business days of ordering; the services will be activated within 24 hours following the receipt. Cash on delivery in the case of the eTariff amounts to the activation fee of CZK 99 incl. VAT.
Customers will be informed free of charge via SMS of the latest Statement of Services issued, which will be available in electronic form on the internet and WAP. If the customer pays for the provided services by direct debit, he/she will be provided with an itemized list of calls for only CZK 1 (CZK 1.19 incl. VAT). The services of operators on the Infoline and representatives in T-Mobile shops are fully replaced with the My T-Mobile service, thanks to which customers can keep track of their accounts and activated services.
About My T-Mobile
My T-Mobile allows all T-Mobile customers to administer their mobile phones and services via the internet or WAP. Customers can thus easily and quickly change the settings of services, find out the relevant amount billed in the Statements of Services or the number of T-Mobile Bonus points at any time without having to call the T-Mobile Infoline or visit a T-Mobile shop. The service is provided free of charge and is available at the t-mobile.cz and t-zones.cz websites or through WAP t-zones. The service can be activated either directly when first registering at the t-zones portal, or additionally after registering at t-zones using registration data through Settings (in the upper right-hand corner) - Settings of Services.

The price of SMS applies to mobile networks.
Customers with eTariff are not included in the T-Mobile Bonus programme, are not entitled to phones at subsidized prices and cannot use the Happy Partner offer.
The service is intended for individuals and small businesses which have not entered into a General Contract or Important Customer Contract.
New customers will be required to provide a deposit related to the monthly fee.
New features in the Internet Shop
Since November 2004, customers have been able to use the services of the T-Mobile Internet Shop. At the beginning, customers were able to purchase a phone or a Twist set, extend their contracts or take advantage of one of the special offers. In February this year, the offer was extended to include accessories and from April, customers will have the possibility to activate tariff programmes, including eTariff, and to switch from Twist to a tariff. The Internet Shop thus offers the possibility to become a new post-paid customer of T-Mobile via the Internet.
For greater convenience, customers no longer have to collect the ordered goods and services at the post office - almost everything is delivered by the DHL delivery service to their homes within three days of ordering. Customers do not pay for the postage and handling - these costs are included in the price of the service.
The last offer will surely be appreciated by all fans of "special offers" - every month, there will be a Lucky Day, on which certain goods will be available for special prices. The offer will change every month. The customers who will daily follow the situation at the e-shop will have an advantage, as the date and subject of the special offer will remain secret until the last moment.
