Prague, 29 October 2014 – The first part of T-Mobile’s Christmas offer brings attractive discounts on selected handsets and the unique Fresh service, allowing customers to exchange their mobile device for the latest model every year. The service, which can be activated for prices starting at CZK 49 per month, includes insurance and assists users with selling their old device. The Christmas offer also features new benefits within the Našim pro radost (“Treat for Our Customers”) loyalty program. The Christmas offer will be introduced by actor Ivan Trojan and his "class" within the campaign, which was developed again by Saatchi & Saatchi.

Latest models with the Fresh service                                                                                                     

The convenient Fresh service will take complete care of customers’ mobile devices, allowing them to try the latest smart device every year. Users no longer have to wait for the customary two-year period for the expiry of their contract; they can now have a brand-new mobile phone, tablet or notebook every 12 months. Moreover, they do not need to pay the entire purchase price of the device at once as they can spread it out over as many as 24 monthly instalments without interest. Another advantage consists in the possibility of selling their old model directly at T-Mobile shops and using the money thus received to cover any remaining instalments or pay a part of the price of the new device. The service also includes very practical insurance against damage or theft. The price of the service depends on the price of the model to be purchased and starts at CZK 49 per month. The Fresh service is available only with contracts for two and more years and is tied to the serial number of the given device. Customers can inquire about the indicative selling price of their old device from 1 November at www.t-mobile.cz/vanoce.

Discounts on selected devices, products and services                                                                  

Again this year, the operator has prepared discounts on selected devices for its clients within the Christmas campaign. Customers will receive a blanket discount of CZK 1,000 on selected models. Additionally, a special discount for the most loyal customers has been prepared for Christmas. Customers who can make use of the discount will be notified via e-mail. The special discount cannot be combined with the blanket discount. Selected devices can be purchased in instalments against an advance payment starting at CZK 1.
