CHRISTMAS AT T-MOBILE: DEEZER, VOYO AND DEVICES ON INSTALMENTS WITHOUT INTEREST

Prague, 31 October 2013 – On 1 November, T-Mobile will launch its Christmas offer aimed at making the use of smartphones and tablets even more enjoyable and attractive for customers. The operator will exclusively offer the Czech version of Deezer, a popular online music streaming service, and will offer it to its customers under special conditions. Customers will also be able to take advantage of specially priced access to the VOYO video portal. The Christmas offer also includes four smartphone and two tablet models featuring a number of applications and games. The devices can be purchased on instalments without interest, subject to a CZK 1 advance payment and with a CZK 1,000 discount for existing customers. 

“Before the upcoming Christmas season we want to reward our customers with gifts to thank them for being with us,” says Dana Tomášková, Vice President Resident Marketing at T-Mobile. “We have prepared for them a number of benefits related to devices, services and applications to provide them the best experience with the fastest internet in the Czech Republic,” adds Dana Tomášková.

DEEZER AND VOYO – MUSIC AND VIDEO FOR EVERYONE

In its online database, Deezer offers more than 25 million foreign and Czech songs in first-class quality, which users can listen to comfortably at any time using their smartphones or tables, either on the internet or offline. The service also allows users to create and share their own playlists and synchronise music on several devices. The Czech version of the service will be available to the operator’s customers for a monthly fee of CZK 129. To register in the service, customers just need to send an SMS with DEEZER A to 4603 or activate the service in My T-Mobile and then register at www.deezer.com/sync/tmcz. Upon the initial activation of the service, each user will have a possibility to test the service for 15 days free of charge. The operator has prepared a special offer for new customers: anybody who extends or activates the S námi síť nesíť (“With us to any Network”) or higher plan (including their variants intended for business customers) by 31 December of this year will get six months’ free access to the Deezer service. 

T-Mobile customers can also use the VOYO service on their smart devices. VOYO offers, among other things, more than 2,000 movies and series uninterrupted by commercials, live coverage of sports events on the NOVA Sport channel and a complete archive of TV Nova series and programmes – again at the special price of CZK 129 per month. All that is needed is to have an active voice plan with the operator and an active m-payment service. During the first seven days, customers can use the service free of charge. The offer is valid until 31 January 2014. To use the offer, customers only need to generate a discount code at www.t-mobile.cz/voyo and apply it upon registration at www.voyo.cz/tmobile. 

DISCOUNTS ON HANDSETS AND TABLETS

The operator has also prepared selected Sony and Samsung smartphone and tablet models for purchase on instalments without interest, subject to a CZK 1 advance payment. T-Mobile has also decreased the basic price of these smart phones by a minimum of CZK 1,000 for existing customers who extend their contract; in the case of tablets, prices for new customers activating any of the data plans will be reduced by the same amount in October. This special offer applies to the Sony Xperia TabletZ, Sony Xperia M, Sony Xperia Z1, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, Samsung Galaxy S4 and Samsung Galaxy S3 mini devices and is valid until the end of this year. 

NAŠIM PRO RADOST, SPECIAL CALLING RATES FOR PREPAID TWIST CARD USERS AND MUCH MORE

T-Mobile has not forgotten about prepaid Twist card users either: Beginning 1 November, they can easily activate a one-day bundle priced at CZK 30, which will allow them to call to all networks in the Czech Republic free of charge for one day. And not only prepaid card users can use the new bonus program called Našim pro radost (“Treat for our Customers”) combining a wide range of attractive bonuses offered by T-Mobile thanks to cooperation with its business partners. 

Additionally, the operator has prepared a so-called Appvent Calendar at www.t-mobile.cz/vanoce by means of which it will reward its customers, beginning 18 November, with special gifts in the form of applications and smartphone as well as tablet games. T-Mobile has also been developing a special application dedicated to the Dobrý anděl (“Good Angel”) charitable organisation, making it easier for socially responsible customers to make donations to those in need. 

Before Christmas, T-Mobile will also start selling the brand-new iPad Air Wi-Fi + Cellular supporting LTE technology, for which T-Mobile will be the only operator in the Czech Republic to have exclusivity until Christmas. Given limited supplies, the offer is intended for existing and new customers activating or using a data plan for a fixed term. Existing customers can also buy the iPad on instalments without interest with an initial payment of CZK 1. The sale kicks off on Friday 1 November at 8:00 a.m. For the time being, the device will be available only via T-Mobile’s e-shop (www.t-mobile.cz/eshop) in the iPad Air Wi-Fi + Cellular 32GB dark grey version. The iPad will be available at T-Mobile shops as soon as the operator receives sufficient supplies (including other colour and memory-size variants).
