Bonus packages for both new and existing customers

• Choose free minutes, free SMS or free surfing
• The offer is available to both new and existing customers who activate a new SIM card, extend their contract or switch from Twist to a contract
• The price of number porting for contract customers: as little as CZK 1 until 31 March 2006

Prague, 10 January 2006 - Starting 15 January, customers can switch to T-Mobile while keeping their original number. Until 31 March 2006, contract customers will pay only CZK 1 for number porting and get an extra bonus of their choice. The T-Mobile activation fee is already included in the price of number porting . The offer of bonus packages is available not only to new but also to existing customers. Everyone who activates or extends a fixed-term Subscriber Contract, or decides to switch from any pre-paid service to a contract, can choose one of the following three bonuses: a package of extra free minutes for 12 months, 100 free SMS per month for 24 months or free surfing for 3 months. Customers who do not want to sign up for a tariff at the moment can port their number and use the pre-paid Twist service. These customers will get a special "Switching to Twist" bonus package for CZK 499 with an initial credit of CZK 300.

Offer for customers with fixed-term contracts
From 15 January to 31 March 2006, all new customers who conclude a fixed-term Subscriber Contract with T-Mobile as well as all existing T-Mobile customers who extend their contract for two more years or switch from Twist to this type of contract will be rewarded with a bonus package of their choice:

• extra free minutes to all Czech networks for the period of 12 months
• extra free SMS to all Czech mobile networks for the period of 24 months
• Internet+ tariff add-on free of charge for the period of 3 months.

The size of the free-minutes package depends on the selected tariff; customers can get up to 80 per cent of their standard free units as a bonus.

Customers who choose the free-SMS package will get an extra 100 free SMS per month for the period of two years. Depending on the price of SMS based on their tariff, customers can save up to CZK 202 (incl. VAT) per month. Therefore, customers who are able to "get by" with 100 SMS a month actually have all their SMS free for the whole period of duration of their contract.

Those who choose the 100% discount on the monthly fee charged for the Internet+ tariff add-on will be able to take advantage of free data transfer via GPRS/EDGE without any limitations for the period of 3 months and save the total of 2,495.43 (incl. VAT).

The amount of free minutes for different tariffs is specified in the table below:

Note:
- The selected bonus cannot be changed while it is still valid.
- The extra free minutes will be used after all free minutes are used up.
- If the contract is transferred, the bonus can no longer be claimed.
- After the validity period expires, the bonus package will be automatically deactivated. The Internet+ tariff add-on will remain active and will be charged pursuant to the valid pricelist.

Offer for pre-paid card users
There is a number of customers who want to port their favourite number and keep using a pre-paid service. These customers can take advantage of the "Switching to Twist" special package for CZK 499, including an initial credit of CZK 300.
