Prague, 12 August 2009 - Until 30 September 2009, every T-Mobile customer who sends a picture message to 736 300 030 from the most curious place covered by the T-Mobile network may win one of many attractive prizes (including a sightseeing flight for two persons, high-adrenalin exploration of the Macocha cave, or a wonderful day in the Zoo in Dvůr Králové) in the Best Signal - Best MMS competition. The winners may also enjoy other interesting prizes, such as Sony Ericsson and Nokia mobile phones etc.
An expert committee consisting of 5 members will assess not only the uniqueness of the place where the relevant MMS was sent from, but also the overall originality of both the picture and the text parts of the MMS. Twenty-five most interesting MMS will advance to the final round where the winners will be selected. The prizes will be presented to the winners in the middle of October 2009.
"High availability of reliable data transfers is a key factor for comfortable sending of competition messages," says Martina Kemrová, Senior Head of Corporate Communication at T-Mobile. "According to an independent survey carried out by P3 Solutions, the EDGE technology is available to more than 91 % of the Czech population. We are No. 1 in this respect among the local operators."
