Prague, 11 April 2008 - Are you planning to activate a new T-Mobile tariff plan? Are you using Twist but considering switching to a tariff plan? Or would you like to port your number to T-Mobile from another operator? To do so you can, of course, visit a T-Mobile shop or call the T-Mobile Customer Centre. But there is another, very attractive possibility: you can order the services via our eShop and thus obtain an exclusive extra benefit.

As of 14 April, customers who activate a new tariff plan via the T-Mobile eShop will receive a nice free gift - a practical Samsung C140 handset. The same benefit is available when switching from Twist to a tariff plan or porting a mobile-phone number to T-Mobile and activating any of the T-Mobile tariff plans through the eShop. At the same time, each purchase via the eShop is eligible for a 20% discount on the monthly fee of the selected plan for a period of six months.

"Shopping via the internet is commonplace these days," says Michal Němec, Vice President Mobile Portal and Content Services at T-Mobile, adding: "We also offer our customers the opportunity to shop online from the comfort of home, whereby they can choose from a wide range of T-Mobile services and products. Our eShop has been reliably operating for four years already and is becoming more and more popular, particularly thanks to the benefits and gifts, among other things, that are exclusively provided to eShop users.

The Samsung C140 handset can be obtained free of charge only when ordering via the T-Mobile eShop. It is provided with each new activation of a T-Mobile tariff plan, with the exception of data plans (Internet Basic, Internet Standard and Internet Premium) and the Happy Partner plan. Also, this offer does not apply when activating the HIT bundles, and is available only while supplies last or until it expires.

When ordering via the eShop, the 20% discount on the monthly fee for a period of six months is provided not only with a new activation, but also when renewing a Subscriber Contract. In the latter case it is also possible to apply the Bonus points collected within the T-Mobile Bonus program and thus purchase a new handset at a significantly lower price. All Twist sets can be purchased in the eShop with a 5% discount. Customers do not pay any fee for the delivery of products purchased via the eShop and they can choose from among three possible delivery dates.

About the T-Mobile eShop
This internet shop can be found at www.t-mobile.cz/eShop. It was launched in 2004, since when it has built a large base of satisfied users. The number of orders handled through the eShop increased in 2007 by 60% compared with the previous year, and by a remarkable 230% compared with 2005.

Nearly 6% of customers visiting the T-Mobile eShop in 2007 made a purchase here. The rate of abandonment of orders in processing is under 40%, which is a markedly better result than the usual rate. The stated figures show that customers can easily navigate the eShop and that the entire shopping process is comfortable and transparent for them.

The following actions are possible in the eShop:

• Activate a new T-Mobile tariff plan (whether with a subsidized phone, a HIT add-on or an open‑ended contract);
• Switch from Twist to a tariff plan while keeping the same phone number (whether with a subsidized phone, a HIT add-on or an open‑ended contract);
• Port a number from another operator to T-Mobile (whether with a subsidized phone, a HIT add-on or an open‑ended contract);
• Renew a Subscriber Contract;
• Take advantage of special offers such as HIT bundles, limited editions of Twist sets with bonus credit, data bundles (notebook + PC card/modem + data tariff plan);
• Purchase data equipment (notebooks, modems, PC cards);
• Purchase Twist sets or separate Twist SIM cards;
• Purchase separate handsets (without it being necessary to conclude a contract), phone accessories, Twist top-up coupons;
• Order tariff-plan add-ons/bundles.

Features enabling customers to select a handset and make a purchase:

• 3D representation - possibility of viewing the handset from all sides;
• Finding the best suitable phone according to technical features/parameters;
• Possibility of comparing handsets;
• Possibility of registering to receive an e-mail newsletter on new services and products and current offers in the eShop;
• Online order-status monitoring;
